What we do.
Scarlet Building Surveys is an independent Chartered Surveying practice providing building surveys for those purchasing residential and commercial properties. We can carry out Home Buyer Reports (Level 2) and Building Surveys (Level 3). We also carry out New Build Snagging Surveys and surveys on specific defects and structural issues if you have identified something you would like diagnosing.
